Customer review 2025 - We would like to say a big thank you for a wonderful visit today. It's our first time visiting and most certainly won't be our last! We will definitely be bringing Nanny and Grandad next time. Our children loved it as did we. An extra special thank you to your lovely owl man! He was amazing, so caring, knowledgeable and dedicated to looking after the owls. You can truly see how much he loves them and how much they love him back. Beautiful to see their bonds. Such an amazing experience to get so close to these wonderful animals.  A great range of friendly animals to see and learn about. You have a fab little set up which suits all.  Thank you to all the staff. Fantastic price for entry and lovely cafe on site.  Helpful staff. Beautiful area and the train station on arrival is so cute.  We can't wait to come back- Hayley.
